Having failed to find a suitable tribute in the UK we turned to Cremation Solutions who could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process.
We purchased the Earth Green Marble Urn and had some difficulty with the shipping company delivering on time due to flooding in the Houston area. Brent at Cremation Solutions made sure we received the urn prior to the funeral. We also liked Cremation Solutions selection of urns better. Great job for us!
Our main concern was the transportation to the UK. We were informed as soon as it had left and followed it across the US to UK on the tracking system.
We dealt with Brett who was incredibly helpful and dealt with us with with compassion from day one.
It was so well packed when it arrived and is far more beautiful in real life than in the photos especially when the sun hits it.
I ordered a Cremation Bench for my husbands ashes. It is beautiful. Brent was extremely helpful. I am so happy with the product and their customer service I can't say enough. Very class act!
not even 2 weeks into getting my cremation solutions sterling silver turquoise heart pendant it broke...the 130$ plus tax plus shipping and handling sterling silver necklace to hold my beloved brother ashes didnt even last 2 friggen weeks...didnt break at the clasp, broke mid chain...thanks alot cremation solutions for nothing
I can't give any stars for this company. My sister passed back in January of this year and we ordered a small keepsake urn for her daughter. What we got looked like a 12 year old made it. It was NOT as the picture depicted. For at least the last 3 months I have tried to work with first Linda (who has since left) and now Brent. He has promised to make good on the urn, but every time I have called with the exception of once, have I been able to find out when (and a picture of the finished urn) we can expect the urn. I have texted, called, and emailed with no response from ANYONE. The answering service usually picks up and still no return all. At this point I am going to call our credit card company and have the $180.00 refunded. For the amount of money paid I expected customer service to be much better let alone the product to look professional. I WOULD NO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY! The only reason they get one star is so I can post this review!
